The Pacific Crest Keeshond Club was formed to promote communication among Keeshond owners primarily located in the Pacific Northwest and Washington State

The objectives of the Club:

To encourage and promote the quality breeding of pure-bred Keeshonden

To urge members and breeders to do all possible to bring the breed's natural qualities to perfection in accordance with the Standard of the breed as approved by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Keeshonden shall be judged

To do all in its power to protect and advance the welfare and interests of the breed

To conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows and obedience trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club and through the Club encourage sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials.

Membership Information:

To become a member of the Pacific Crest Keeshond Club you must first attend a club meeting. Then, you must be sponsored by a club member and your membership application must be approved by 3/4 of the voting membership at the next club meeting or function. Annual dues are:

General Membership (voting rights): Family $20.00 Single $12.50

Junior Membership (age 14 to 18) : Independent $5.00

Associate Membership (no voting rights): Family/Single $10.00
